Barry drives the strategic vision for PureB2B. Barry also serves as Chairman of the Company’s parent firm, Pure Incubation, LLC and MedData Group, LLC. Barry has spent the past 25 years developing businesses in areas of lead generation, demand generation, and online media. Prior to joining Pure Incubation in 2009 as its Chairman, Barry operated business units for International Data Group, Ziff Davis and the United Companies. Barry has also founded and operated many of his own firms, including MarketLynx, which merged with the United Companies, Business Media Group, which merged with International Data Group, and Connexus Media, which he sold to Ziff Davis Media. Barry has worked extensively in technology markets, multiple B2B markets and the small business market. Barry launched his Internet career in 1995 at MarketLynx as the lead executive driving the sales launch of Bigyellow.com. Barry likes to split his time between his homes in Ipswich, MA and Hilton Head, SC to extend his summer and improve his golf score.

She has been an Internet entrepreneur and technology developer for more than a decade, and her career boasts an impressive track record of innovation and early entry into various Internet markets.

Melissa held prior executive leadership positions at Ziff Davis, Connexus Media, and Publish magazine where she helped to change the way high-level technology companies reach IT professionals for more than a decade. Outside of the office, she can be found renovating her 1890’s home and enjoying time with her husband and daughter.

She has spent her career guiding companies to improve their sales and operational efficiencies and maximizing their results. Prior to her work at PureB2B, Johanna held leadership positions at IDG and Ziff Davis where she reinvigorated operations, improved processes and drove profitability. She has also spent several years as a business consultant and understands how the sales and marketing processes drive the overall health of an organization. When not in the office, Johanna enjoys her family, fitness routines and reading self-help books.

Outside of work, she can be found scoping out the best spot on the North Shore’s many beautiful beaches, enjoying an early morning cup of coffee on her deck and plotting which work of fiction she will tackle next.

She has spent the past decade working at top technology media companies; including IDG, Connexus and Ziff Davis. Her track record of accomplishment within these firms included the development of the first social network for business professionals, an original schemas and research strategies for a network of online buyers guides systems, and the development of a 20-person client services and administrative team to support the lead generation service demand. A native of Texas, Cara’s miniature dachshund, Kyley, is the Company mascot who sits on Cara’s desk throughout her workday.
